#2. ADDITIONAL TIME AND/OR CHARGES APPLY FOR: Prices shown on this website do not include any applicable taxes. Neglected and/or abused vehicles, awfully yellow headlights, larger vehicles, pet hair, baked-on tree sap, baked-on bugs, heavy smoke odour, heavy road tar, heavy salt stains, rust proofing oil/grease, deep scratches, hard water spots, deep swirl marks & scratches, excessive wax build-up/residue, & oxidation.
#3. DISCLAIMER: At Upper Class Detailing “UCD,” we try our best to meet the Client’s expectations. However, in some cases vehicle’s paint quality and/or clear coat thickness limits the ability to remove some paint defects. The same principle applies to carpet stains. We do not clean human body and/or animal fluids, i.e., vomit, urine, feces, etc. Also, we can’t be held liable for any flaws and/or damages with the work performed.
#4. TERMS: There is a 30 day limited workmanship warranty. This warranty is issued by Upper Class Detailing “UCD” and is only valid when accompanied by a contract that has been signed by an authorized agent of Upper Class Detailing “UCD.” Warranty period will commence on the date that the contract between the Client and Upper Class Detailing “UCD,” is/was signed and accepted by the Client. This warranty is non-transferable and does not cover abuse, neglect, poor/improper maintenance, etc.
#6. THIRD PARTY WEBSITES: Links to other websites on Upper Class Detailing “UCD” website are provided for your convenience only. Upper Class Detailing “UCD” can not be held responsible for the content of those websites.
#7. MOBILE DETAILING SERVICE REQUIREMENT: A garden hose, water, and electricity need to be provided by the Client.
#8. ERRORS ON SITE: Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and Upper Class Detailing “UCD” reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order for a service has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
#9. METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept cash, MasterCard, VISA, AMEX and Discover using a device issued by Moneris Solutions Canada or Square. There’s no 3% surcharge.
#10. EXTRA WORK/LABOUR CHARGE: Will be charged at the rate of $80/hr.
#11. SALES TAX: A 13% HST will be added to your bill for the service(s) performed. Receipts provided via email.
#12. REFUND POLICY: All sales are final. No refunds.
